The hand washable fabric is 100% polyester.
Design Details
It has a sheer black shell with pink polka dots and a pink lace trim at the top edge. There are belt loops so it had a belt at one time. Just choose one you like for it. It is fully lined with tull lace peeking out at the bottom. Empire waist.
Condition
In very good condition with solid stitching and little wear. There are no snags, runs, stains, holes, tears, pilling, fading, etcetera.

37" bust, can stretch comfortably to 42"
